- O LORD, you are the righteous one,
and upright is your law’s demand;
most faithful and most righteous are
the holy statutes you command. - My zeal consumes me utterly,
because my foes forget your word.
Because your words are very pure,
your servant loves your promise, LORD. - Your precepts I do not forget,
though I am held in low esteem.
Your justice is forever right;
your law is faithfulness indeed. - Distress and trouble found me out,
but your commands are my delight.
