- You, LORD, are the portion that I long for,
I have pledged obedience to your word.
I with all my heart have sought your favor;
grant me grace, as you have promised, LORD. - When I search my ways and all my conduct,
then I turn my footsteps to your way.
I make haste to follow your commandments;
I will hurry and will not delay. - Though the wicked tie me up with bindings,
